Can I change my order once I have placed it?
Please contact us as soon as you realise there is an issue with your order and we will try to help. As our warehouse is constantly processing your orders sometimes we may be unable to edit your order as it may already have been processed.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Can I return an item?
We are happy to accept the return of an item for a credit note. On the strict conditions:
• That the item is within 20 days of purchase.
• The product is unused, and in original condition.
• Item/s must have all tags still attached.
No returns on sale items, for change of mind.
FAULTY ITEMS
I received a faulty item. What should I do?
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty we are happy to help you out with a replacement or refund if the product you have purchased is:
• Significantly different from the description shown
• If it is faulty and can't be easily fixed or replaced.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection of size.
The AquaMat Team pride themselves in checking all items and thoroughly inspecting, all goods before they are sent out to you.
All flotation devices mentioned on this web site are for recreational use only.
They are not to be used as swim "aids" and NOT life saving devices.
Children should be supervised at all times.
